Tech stack & purpose

Axelar-core is the main application of the Axelar network, built on the Cosmos SDK to enable decentralized blockchain interoperability. The project is written in Go and produces the `axelard` binary used to run core network nodes, with support for building static binaries, dynamic binaries, and Docker images for deployment. The repository also includes Protocol Buffer definitions for Cosmos SDK message, event, and query types specific to Axelar, and depends on smart contract bytecode from the axelar-cgp-solidity repository. Development is maintained by Axelar Network Devs, as indicated by the release signing key.
