Tech stack & purpose

The Agency is a collection of 61 specialized AI agents organized across nine departments—engineering, design, marketing, product, project management, testing, support, spatial computing, and specialized roles—designed to work individually or in coordinated teams. Created by Michael Sitarzewski, the project provides detailed, production-ready prompts for each agent across multiple languages and use cases, from frontend development and UX research to growth hacking and XR interface design. The agents integrate natively with popular AI coding tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, and OpenCode, with installation scripts that convert the agents into each tool's native format. Rather than generic templates, each agent combines domain expertise, distinctive personality, and concrete deliverables—demonstrated through examples like a product discovery exercise where eight agents collaborate in parallel to produce market analysis, system architecture, branding strategy, and project timelines.
