Biliup is an automation tool for recording live streams, uploading videos, and managing content across multiple platforms including Bilibili, Twitch, YouTube, Douyin, Douyu, and Huya. Built with a hybrid architecture combining a Rust backend, Python bindings, and a Next.js frontend, it provides both a command-line interface and web UI for tasks like video uploading to Bilibili with multiple login methods (SMS, password, QR code, browser, and cookie-based), downloading FLV and HLS streams, and managing live stream recordings with support for multi-part uploads and customizable metadata. The project includes the stream-gears component, which exports upload and download functions via PyO3 for Python integration, and supports features like time or file-size-based segmentation and FLV stream processing.
