Orca is an application development environment (ADE) for orchestrating fleets of parallel AI coding agents, allowing users to run multiple agents like Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or Pi simultaneously in separate worktrees on their own subscriptions. Built with Electron for the desktop application and React Native for the mobile companion app, it supports macOS, Linux, and Windows, with a mobile app available on iOS and Android that lets users monitor agent progress and send commands remotely. The project includes a vendored Expo module for two-way audio capabilities on mobile and is backed by Y Combinator.
