Tech stack & purpose

notcrawl is a local-first tool that mirrors a Notion workspace into SQLite and normalized Markdown for searching, querying, and sharing without relying on the Notion UI. It supports multiple data sources including Notion Desktop (for fast local ingestion), the official Notion API, and an experimental Notion MCP connector, and provides a terminal browser interface, full-text search via SQLite FTS5, and the ability to export pages as Markdown or databases as CSV. The project is written in Go, maintained by openclaw, and distributed via Homebrew, GitHub Releases, and package managers for macOS and Linux.
