This repository contains two MATLAB toolboxes for computational neuroscience research. CCnorm provides functions to calculate performance measures for computational neural models, including normalized and absolute correlation coefficients, mean square error, peak mean square error, and signal power explained, designed to evaluate how well model predictions match recorded neuronal spike train data. Export_fig is a companion toolbox that addresses the problem of exporting MATLAB figures to standard image and document formats while preserving visual accuracy, offering fine control over resolution, compression, transparency, and output quality for publication-ready results.
