Tech stack & purpose

Coinst is a collection of tools for managing and analyzing Debian package repositories. The project includes coinst, which creates a conflict graph between packages that is significantly more compact than a full dependency graph; coinst-upgrades, which identifies sets of packages that were co-installable in earlier repository versions but are no longer compatible; and comigrate, a tool for managing package migrations from Debian unstable to testing. The tools are designed to help find issues in package repositories and facilitate Debian package integration.
