Tech stack & purpose

Merl-an is a tool for analyzing the performance and behavior of Merlin, the OCaml editor service. It generates queries to test Merlin, executes them, and collects the results. The project is built in OCaml using the Dune build system and is designed to work with Merlin's development version.
