Portainer Community Edition is an open-source container management platform designed to simplify the management of Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm, and ACI environments through a graphical user interface and API. The project is built with a Go backend, a React and AngularJS frontend, and uses supporting libraries including LibHelm for Helm abstraction, LibStack for running stacks, and libhttp and libcrypto utilities. It can be deployed as a single container on any cluster and is available as both a community edition and a commercial business edition with advanced features like RBAC.
