Tech stack & purpose

This repository hosts agendas and minutes for official WebAssembly meetings organized by the W3C Community Group and Working Group. In addition to these main groups, the repository documents several specialized subgroups—including a Benchmarking Subgroup focused on sharing best practices, tools, and knowledge related to WebAssembly performance testing, and a GC (garbage collection) subgroup. The repository provides documentation on how meetings are conducted (both virtual and in-person), how the proposal process works for new WebAssembly features, and community participation guidelines including a code of conduct.
