Tech stack & purpose

This repository is part of the WebAssembly Community Group and serves as a central hub for WebAssembly design documentation and community discussion. It hosts design documents covering WebAssembly's high-level goals, portability, security model, and design rationale, along with an issue tracker for phase 0 proposals and a discussion forum for community questions. The repository also maintains contribution guidelines and a code of conduct for participants in the WebAssembly standardization effort.
