Tech stack & purpose

This repository contains the source for ECMA-402, the ECMAScript Internationalization API Specification, which standardizes internationalization features for JavaScript. The project is developed by the ECMA-402 Task Group under TC39 and includes a machine-readable bibliography package distributed on npm. Development uses Node.js with npm for building the specification through ecmarkup processing, and contributions follow the TC39 process with community members able to participate in monthly task group meetings.
