Tech stack & purpose

This repository tracks WebAssembly proposals at various stages of development, from Phase 0 pre-proposals through Phase 5 standardized features. The project organizes proposals by their status in a formal standardization process, listing each with its champion or champions responsible for driving it forward. The repository serves as a central catalog for the WebAssembly community to monitor the progress of language and feature proposals as they move toward becoming part of the official WebAssembly specification.
