Tech stack & purpose

Monoscope is an open-source observability platform for ingesting, storing, and querying logs, traces, and metrics. It stores telemetry data in S3-compatible buckets and enables natural language querying via LLMs, along with AI agents that can detect anomalies and generate scheduled email reports. Built primarily in Haskell with a WAI/Yesod web application backend, a CLI tool, and Web Components for the UI, Monoscope is built on TimeFusion, its own open-source time-series database designed for observability workloads. The project is released under AGPL-3.0 and supports both self-hosted and cloud deployment options, integrating with OpenTelemetry for native compatibility with 750+ integrations.
