Tech stack & purpose

This is a collaborative open-source project translating the "Real World Haskell" book into simplified Chinese. The translation covers the Haskell programming language and is organized by chapter, with most chapters completed and one currently in progress. The project is maintained by multiple volunteer translators coordinated through a GitHub repository, where contributors can claim chapters to translate through an issue-based system, and the translated content is available online at cnhaskell.com.
