Tech stack & purpose

Scotty is a Haskell web framework designed for writing RESTful, declarative web applications, inspired by Ruby's Sinatra. Built on top of WAI (web application interface) and the Warp webserver, Scotty emphasizes simplicity by allowing developers to define web pages through straightforward declarations of HTTP verbs, URL patterns, and text content. The framework is template-language agnostic and maintained by Andrew Farmer and Scotty contributors.
